Located in Lyon 4, the Lyon Savate club has been in existence since 1977 and offers three sporting activities: Savate boxe française, Savate bâton défense and Savate forme. Membership has grown steadily since its inception, reaching 371 members during the 2016/2017 season. With over 52% female members, Lyon SAVATE is above the national average and one of the leading clubs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in terms of gender mix.
